Working out affecting my social life ?
Hello, I am 17 years old and have a passion to workout. I've been working out hard for two years and developed a great body. I do not have many friends. I tend to keep to my self. I barley use social media such as Instagram, Facebook etc.
I don't have time to go out and hangout because I have school during the day and workout for two hours at night. I have a girlfriend who I'm in love with, when I go out, it's usually with her. all my friends think I'm a kill joy because I prefer working out over going to have fun with them. Working out is my fun. My girlfriend also questions why I spend all my spear time working out. it's really getting me down. I don't want to be though of as a killjoy or looser. Try finding some balance. I'm not saying cut back on your work out schedule, just rearrange your schedule to accommodate your workouts and social life.
