Downloads go slow when about to end?

Whenever i am downloading anything it turns very slow when it reaches 90%.It happens with every download manager,sometimes it turns to 0 kbps.For your information i have windows 7.

You might need to upgrade your broadband package,

its due to how P2P systems work, happens alot, if the file was downloading in order, chances are not alot of people have that part of the file, and P2P systems work by people uploading the file to other people, if not alot of people have it, there arent as many up loaders and more demand

upgrade or get more memory on your comp, or additional memory like external hardrive
