Amazon may be the legit store site, but it does have individual sellers so results can vary.
You should assume such a price deal makes the profit on the shipping and handling charges, so you probably would have that tacked onto each item. It's easy to put 7 into your shopping cart temporarily to see the total shipping charge estimates it gives, you can remove it before any commitment to pay. Usually right in their price comparison summaries they show the cost including shipping for each merchant. Ads |

Amazon is very legit! However, as the previous poster noted, this does not mean that ALL sellers on Amazon are legit. One thing I always do is look on their rating. If its a good rating with lots of purchases, chances are they are legit and safe to buy from. A lot of the time what happens on websites like Amazon is that they get the lanyards (or whatever) for super cheap from a wholesaler and then they can sell it to someone like you with very little overhead and for a super cheap price as well. So they are still making a profit (no matter how little it is) and you still get a cool product for a cool price. In regards to shipping: if you buy from the SAME seller, no you only pay one S&H price. On the other hand, if you buy 7 different lanyards from 7 different people, you will most likely have to pay 7 different shipping and handling prices.

Yes Amazon is a legitimate website. I purchased my phone from there, I say go for it!
It's basically the online version of a department store, I wish it was a real store though. |
