How can I get bt to do something about my internet?
Hi
My internet speed used to be 14mbps and now its 0.40mbps. Its been like this for 6 weeks and we have phoned bt about 10 times and they still have done nothing. They said at first it was on the line and said they were fixing it, but now they say its in my house. So we asked for someone to come and look at it, and on the day they were meant to show up they never did. We have asked for someone else to come out on monday so another week has gone and nothing has changed. Is there anyone I should be asking to speak to about this on the phone someone higher up? Any tips or help would be appreciated. Thanks Ads |

I think there's no other option than to call again or go to one of their offices and complain. Does the contract not give you a minimum that needs to be "reached"? I have that, otherwise I get my money back and can change the contract with no fees.

If I was you, I would go there and complain to the manager. If nothing is still done then I would go to a news reporter and report my problem to him so that he could put it in the newspaper and BT may lose customers. Ask if you could speak to the manager.
