Account Suspended? on the internet?

The last couple days, on my laptop, if i try to go to Facebook, Ebay, Amazon, Youtube, and a couple other sites, a page comes up that says "Account Suspended: This account has been suspended" and i have no idea why. I tried it on another computer, and it works fine. My phone also works fine. its just this one laptop. I tried different browsers, and the same thing happens. I have no idea why... My only guess is maybe a virus?
