how can i get instagram back?

So my eamil got recycled or meaning deleted because i didnt open it for a long time and on instagram it says i need the email i signed in with and i think someone else has it now and i was wondering if theirs a way i can get my instagram back?

did you connect your account to fb? you can easily get it back if so.

i have been hacked TWICE at 16k and i unfortunately never got it back because the hacker changed the email, fb, everything.
