Is it possible to edit an internet picture if you save it to your hard drive?
I.e if a there was a drawing of a car and it was red, would it be possible for me to change its colour to blue?
If it is possible what application would need to be used. Thanks How would you edit it given my above in example assuming I just want to keep the edited picture on my hard drive. Ads |

You can edit copies of anything you want. However, you can't replace the picture that's already on the net unless you happen to have access to the server where it's hosted.

Yes. You can copy any picture from the web to your hard drive and then use a graphics program to edit. Most pictures are in .gif, .jpg, or any of a few other common graphics formats. On a Mac it is as simple as click on the picture and drag it to the desktop. I assume Windows uses the same or a similar method.
As is mentioned by another poster, you can not edit it and then replace the picture on the internet site unless you have permission to upload pictures and replace files on the site. |
