You cannot download a working version of Chromium (yet). You would have to compile it first. Chromium is not much though in my opinion. It looks like Chrome, the web browser, and you cannot configure much about it.

you can beta it and learn like linux did with there open OS but as far as function it is limited and has a long way to go to be a ---so called cloud based browser ---scary !!!!!!
