Has a pub ever tried to befriend you on Facebook?
I just had a friend request from a pub (this one http://www.google.co.uk/m/place?oe=UTF-8...BcQnQIwAA) making it like my 275th friend on fb.
I didn't realise pubs could even type. ... Lol, you're such a cynic, IT. I actually used to go there all the time and I know the owner and all the staff. :-D .. Still marketing/promotion though I suppose. ... Lol ((((((sun)))))) - that's the downstairs bar they're talking about, the upstairs is an awesome music venue. :-) ... Ads |

No, but I once had this fashion-designer studio try the same. It's best to decline since it's nothing but cold-blooded marketing.

Good grief (((Seals))), this has the whiff of 'Barfly' about it LOL!
I had a look through the comments: "What has happened to this place? The clientele has become terrible. Midweek is full of your dole queue regulars that seem to think they have a right to drink. They have a "bouncer" that prefers to stand outside on Church st and eat chips" "the patrons are real life hardcore drinkers." "Downstairs in the market is full of scary hardened drinkers, go there if you want to see what the life of an alkie is like" and my particular favourite: "Never been in, seems a bit Local In the sense of Royston Vasey rather than Rovers Return though" Does your mother know????? "shocked look" Edit: Well, that's alright then lol |
