I don't have an internet connection and can't play specific games. Any solution?

So I bought a Ubisoft game ( Assasin's Creed 2 ) and when I click to play, it says that it requires an internet connection to connect to Ubisoft or something. This also happens with Steam games. The thing is that I do not have a connection to the internet on my PC. Is there any solution to this? I mean, to be able to play these games without an Internet connection? If there are any files that I need to put in my PC, I can do it from a disk so please help me.

in short no, the games require an active internet connection to work, steam for instance is an ONLINE games site. Assissins creed requires online to function properly as do most games these days. there is no way around this.
