Where can I make suggestions for google chrome? e-mail or forum..?

I want to either e-mail or get on some forum to communicate with web masters of google chrome.

I really hate how google chrome is HORRIBLE for ebay. When i go into a page I have to click 5-6 times to get back to the previous page very quickly and sometimes it takes me back 2-3 pages then I have to try and click forward doing the same stupid routine. I would like to suggest to google chrome that they fix that problem because I have shy'd away from using it for that sole reason...

I like it for the application/shortcut maker, but it's really annoying as I like to browse ebay just to look at different things throughout the day.
