When you follow someone on twitter......?
When you follow someone one twitter and you want them to follow you back but then they keep tweeting stuff but they don't follow you. Does that mean they just don't wanna follow you?

Maybe. But if they have a lot of followers, you may just be getting "lost" in all the other tweets.

Maybe, or they didn't just check their interactions yet and will follow you later when they do

If you are a stranger then they might not want to follow you. If they are the type of person that typically follows back and they are not following you, then maybe they don't want to follow you. Or they just don't realize they have a new follower.

It depends. Sometimes people don't always remember that you followed them if they have a large amount of folllowers, or they could forget to follow you back (if you know the person). They might just not want to follow you if you don't know the person.

Possibly. People should only follow someone if they actually want to see that person's posts anyway (should, but it doesn't always happen that way). If you want someone to follow you, you need to be interesting enough for them to want to.
