Is there any completely portable internet browser?
that I can run this browser multiple times at once.. for example I want to open 3 different facebook accounts at same time!

You could always use IE, Firefox, and chrome and open one in each.

Look for FIrefox Portable. Google it. Download it. No install needed. Just double click the .exe and it opens. No cookies. No caching anything. Good stuff
