How much would it cost to make a fast classic muscle or modern car?
So I have awhile till I drive but still I want to know what I want. (sorry if that sounded bratty) I want a muscle car but classic because they are a little cheaper and they have less wiring in them and more room and the while 9 yards. How much does it cost to restore one? Then I have to ask how much it would cost to make a decently fast modern stick shift car (rear drive)? then over all what are some good mods to even do to a car before a turbo?

The cold fact is that unless you are after something that is real rare, a restored one is cheaper to buy then to do!
The next reality check is that those older cars were not as reliable! The solution is out there- build your own. For some of those muscle cars you can buy a roller and put in a modern engine and transmission that produces more horse power, uses less fuel and needs less maintenance. You can have the advantages of safety (abs, air bags, and traction control) and classic styling! |
