YouTube Quality isn't popping up for me.?
When I go to watch a video, typically when you hit the settings button, there's a option for the quality you want to watch the video in. For the past couple of days, I would hit the settings button, and there's only a option for Annotations on or off. I can't change my quality at all. It's on multiple videos too, not just one. What do I do to watch the videos in HD again? Thanks.

Same here. Looks like YouTube decided to make another update without asking us/letting us choose some options. I feel like they implemented a "quality detector", like, depending on your Internet connection. The bad thing? Often, with those things, even if you can play, for instance, a 1080P video fine, it'll stream 480P or 720P thinking your Internet is not good enough for 1080P. Not sure if that's the case here, but that's boring as hell.
