The ads are trying to save you from waisting any more time on cityville.
Thank them, thank the heavens, thank satan, thank whoever, just get out. GET OUT NOW AND NEVER LOOK BACK.

That is just advertising on facebook gone a little wrong, go to your settings and you will be able to get rid of the ads. Simple!

Seems like a virus to me.There are several facebook viruses running around nowadays. I suggest you scan with a good antivirus of reinstall your Operating System

this is just facebook ads no need to do anything.
