Twitter updates not appearing on my website?

For some weird reason my twitter updates/statuses were not appearing on my blog. After spending an hour trying to figure out what was going on, I realized I could not view ANY twitter feeds on ALL other websites. Even when I went to the actual Twitter wesbite their gadget wasn't working either. So I opened my website on my phone and it worked.

I restarted my computer and now everything is back to normal. What could have caused this? Is it something in my browser cache files that prevented twitter updates? It was weird because all 3 browsers (chrome, firefox, and IE) all were not working.

Well it works now but I was just very curious. 224fantasy.blogspot.com is my blog by the way and I have 4 twitter accounts attached on the side. Thanks everyone.
I found out the reason why. My Norton Antivirus had a "browser protection" that prevented feeds from posting. Once I turned it off, the twitter feeds appeared again.
