Well I have heard that Hong Kong is supposedly the most fee-market economy in the world, but I think Mexico is also very free market (in good and bad ways),
because, over there yes it is actually a bit easier to start a business in Mexico since you dont need a permit there to sell fruit or pots and pans, or toys, and other things out in the streets, they have very little to NOTHING in social programs/help. I have NEVER heard of any social programs like Social security, retirement, pensions, civil rights for workers, I don't even think they HAVE a federal minimum wage. (USA's is $7/hr) Does Hong Kong have any social programs? like retirement? Social security? etc. I know not like US, but ANY form of socialism there? ANYBODY KNOW anything about Mexico or Hong Kong? Hong Kong is certainly a more free market economy than Mexico.

ROTFL
Boy are you worried about the wrong things. The most free-market economy in the world is Somalia. The government there is so weak it can't do anything. The result, of course, is a completely free and completely chaotic market that no one wants to work with. No one in his right mind really wants a free market economy. All developed countries have mixed economies for good reasons. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mixed_economy Between the two you mentioned, Hong Kong is a much easier place to start a business. http://www.doingbusiness.org/EconomyRankings/ But maybe you should learn to do web searches so you can find this out for yourself? A search on "most open economy" gave: http://www.tax-news.com/archive/story/Ho...14704.html You might want to try "competitive economy": http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/32730736/ A search on "corruption index by country" gave: http://www.infoplease.com/world/statisti...tions.html You are going to need money to fund your company; which place has better banks? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_banks_in_Hong_Kong http://www.mexonline.com/banks.htm etc. |
