Can the principle make you delete something on your Facebook?
I live in Ontario Canada and I want to know if the principle has the power to make you delete something that you posted on your Facebook or Twitter account.

How did they see it? No one can make you delete it but If it is something bad about someone else you could get in trouble so better to take it down yourself.

On the school's computer, yes. Something that defames the school or a school employee or event, yes.

No, he can tell you to, but what goes on, on facebook, over bbm or whatever, skype ect teachers cannot tell anyone other than he own kids to remove anything, its nothing to do with him, if its happened in school, then that's another story, but if there's something on there he find inapropriate he can ask you to delete it, but cannt punish you if you do not do so.

Well in first place you're not suppose to be on Face Book
at school. As for making you delete something on Face Book, no, I don't think so. |

They might have the power to do so, especially if it defames another student, the principle or the school. People have been sued based on what they posted on Twitter.
