If you've never used Adobe Illustrator it would be a waste of time for me to try explaining the way I did it.

Update your question with what you want it to say and I will change what I have done here ( http://www.imagebam.com/image/8fddc840182628 ) to whatever you want. I will update my answer with a new link when done.
