Strictly speaking of course a person should follow you because you seem interesting to them.You often get spam followers either obscene or extreme political groups or something.Mark them as spam. I did have Cheryl Cole follow me believe it or not.I had supported her when she was in trouble. I dare say "buying" to have followers is against their rules. I would report it as it may me an illegal group taking money for in correctionasons.?
