What's the point of even having a facebook....

Its called FACEbook for a reason don't you think? I mean you can just have the one profile picture showing to the public so people that you know can know its really you and can friend you, but like the other's that you have used before can be locked from the general public and just be shown to who you friend. That is just in the settings of your photos.
