Please help me!! My friend is stealing my life!!!?

So lately I feel that my friend is trying to copy me alot and take possession over the things that matter most to me.

She has been forcing her way between me and my best friend, planning things with my friend (and I know it is the forceful girl planning things with my best friend, because I have talked to her) and leaving me on the outer. She has been posting lovey-dovey things on my best friends wall and talks about her like they are instant best friends, when about a month before she never acknowledged us or looked our way. ( And I have been best friends with my friend for about a year and a half) Our whole friend circle knows how close my best friend and I were and they seriously don't know why she is doing this. She is forceful and likes to stir up shit between people, and likes to take control over other peoples things, and she is very bossy.

Also, I have noticed that after I told her I had a crush on this guy, she has friended him on facebook and has started talking about him. She has liked alot of his photos and he hers. I feel like I can't trust her most of the time and I don't know what she could be saying to my crush about me behind my back, many of the other friends in my group call her a "sneaky snake". They say it because she can be extremely two-faced, faking being nice and then the instant that person's back is turned she talks shit about them.

What can I do to get her out of my life? Or at least out of my friend circle. I feel like she is slowly stealing away parts of my life! It makes me very depressed sometimes.
