Sounds like everyone else is thinking the way you do if they're calling her a "sneaky snake"........The best advice I can offer is for you to confront her - not in a horrible way though, that'll just make things worse. Calmly ask her WHY she's doing all these things, and explain how you feel about it. It may be that there's an underlying cause to her behaviour, or simply that she wants the attention!

And, I hate to say this, but if she doesn't get any better after the chat, exclude her from stuff you're doing with your friends. You shouldn't have to surround yourself with people that make you unhappy.
