Because of the new privacy settings on Facebook, how can I make my profile private again?

Go to the same place to change it. It should have given you an option to stay with the old settings.

Go to any page on Facebook.
Press "Settings" on the top.
Press "Profile Information" (1st option)

You should be able to change everything there!
