yea i feel the same way.....lost hand due to gun blast...pain has 2 ways to go...fight or flight. thats it. you brain just loses its fight and the pain says just stay still...its hard i know. getting outside helps alot....just hang in. its not lazy,just the brain deling with pain. i am at 8 years inside alone. you can talk to me anytime.....
