Yes, but historically black voters are more likely to support the Democratic party than the Republican party so they would probably be voting for any Democratic candidate.

The real difference in the last election is that we had a historic turnout of black voter registrations and black people turning up at the polls. The turn out is unlikely to repeat itself, though.
