I could build you some software to do this but you can only send 250 DM's in a day as that is all that Twitter allows. You also need to consider the API limit of 150 API requests per hour. You would need to schedule the DM's randomly so that it looked like they were being posted by a real person too or Twitter would pickup on what you are doing.
