How do I stop being self-conscious about myself?

It's ultimately what YOU think of yourself that counts! Focus in the good things about yourself. Do you treat others with kindness, are you a good friend, listener, genuine, etc.... What we focus on becomes a habit. It takes 30 days to change a habit by replacing it with another healthier habit. Every time you begin to think what others think of you, CATCH yourself, & remind yourself of the good inner qualities you possess that truly are most important. Remember what you think of yourself, will be reflected back to you by others. They will mirror back to you what you think of yourself. Focus on & Think good things about yourself. What we focus on, we get more if, experience more of, it becomes our reality. No need to limit or define yourself on outward appearances. If we do our inner work, the beauty is reflected on the outside. You are far more, far greater than you realize.
