How to deal with Bitchy Best Friend?
I've known this girl for the longest time, and we can always talk to each other about everything, without fear of gossip or judgement. However, for the past few years, she has been making snarky bitchy little comments about everything. My outfits, my food, my ethnicity (WTF I know), and she would call me blind, deaf, and a dog. I am so sick and tired of her BS, and I don't know what to do.

Whenever we get into a fight at school because of her bitchiness, she'll facebook/text me saying how sorry she is and how she didn't mean it, and that she'll never do it again. What kind of crap is that? Just because she didn't mean it doesn't mean that its not hurtful, and she has done it so many times, that I'm just sick and tired of it.

She's a good friend when I need to confide in someone, but terrible in terms of everything else. She's nice when we're alone, but when we're in a group, she picks on me and makes fun of me. I think its because she gets bullied a lot, and is afraid to stand up for herself. However, I don't like holding a grudge against things, so I usually just brush things she say off. I have been putting up with her for way too long, and i have no idea what to do.

We hang out in the same group at lunch and stuff, and I feel like it would be really awkward if I just stopped talking to her. However, I am tired of her rude ways, she has no respect for anyone, complains about everything, and is so conceited.

What should I do? Shoud I talk to her about how I feel, and give her one last chance? Or should I ignore her from now on, and get better friends who are actually respectful? The only problem I have with giving her one last chance is that I have given her far too many chances, and she always forgets her apologies and promises.

Thanks everyone
