Ads I've never seen before appearing on all websites?

I've been getting ads just like that on all websites I go on. I started getting the ads when I was trying to find out how to invite all friends to a facebook event. I've tried scanning for viruses and everything but nothing has come up. On the bottom right of all the ads it says "ads not by this site". I've also gotten these ads on all the browsers I've used. How do I fix it so I get a rid of these ads?
