uh-oh. Sounds like you may have been twitter-hacked by a hacker.

First, report this to Twitter help center.
Then, change your Twitter password.

***Always**** Make Your Password *****At Least**** Twelve (12) Characters Long. For extra strength, ***Always**** include special characters such as $, &, *, and ! inside your Password.

The reason people get hacked is because they didn't make their passwords enough characters.
