Okay well cool it with the tyranny talk, that's not going to get you anywhere. But go for it, I did it to my dad. They don't get an alert or anything, they just can't find you on facebook. They might be confused. Hhahahaha you could even tell them you deleted it, and then just not use it when they're around.
