Can I change privacy settings for specific friend lists on Facebook?

One the top right of the screen, scroll over Account.
In the drop down menu, click on privacy preferences.
Click Custom, then click on Customize settings.
Go down to Contact information.
Where it says address, use the drop down menu and click Customize.
Where it says These People, select only me.

It should be the same for your phone number too.
