I just got the enV touch and it came with apps for facebook. Does that mean that I can go on facebook for free?

you can go on facebook for "free" as long as you subscribe to a data plan which generally costs about 15-25 bucks a month.

otherwise verizon will charge you per KB of usage which adds up very quickly
