Do they? If so how do u tell them to add you if u cant physically talk to them/tell them to?

And also
writing @____ and message on ure profile doesn't send it to them?
i did add them but i says to send adirect message they need to add me which isnt possible.
OOH so replying to one of their weets adding @__ sends it to them?
Someone sad it doesn't.
