of course he likes you, all the things you said in the "positives" section prove it, i think that he just feels nervous sometimes or might have just been having a bad day. I think he doesn't really know what you make of him so what you should do is ask him to come out sometime (just you and him) to go watch a movie or something, and try to pluck up some courage and ask him face to face if he likes you. if he says yes see how things go, if he says no he doesnt neccicerily mean it just wait awhile.. also if he says no try not to be awkward around him! just carry on the same as usuall and be close friends! good luck!!
