Sounds like your not over him, really I think you need to take a step back and breath. Obviously he isn't the nicest person ever but what you had with him is over now and should be trying to let it go. It's probably not a good idea to try and break him and his new girlfriend up even if he does the same to her she needs to learn that on her own.
You need to focus on yourself and attempt to let go of him more than you have done already. If you still have feelings for him or it hurts you its best to try and avoid anything to do with him. It isn't worth your time and will just end up hurting you. I'm not saying just act like it never happened, accept it and realise its not worth holding.
