How to make Facebook Welcome Page for Groups come first?

If you have an admin page these are the instructions:
>Go to your page settings
>Manage Permissions
>Default Landing Tab- In this field, choose the page that you want your fans to land on.
To rename your pages:
>Settings
>Apps
>Edit settings for the App you want to rename. Not all apps allow this but most do.
Please let me know how this works.
