I suppose if you lived in one of those liberal gun control bigot states you could be arrested, they expel children for wearing NRA Tee shirts in some of the liberal gun control bigot states. Could the get a conviction, now that is something else.

But if you really think posting a picture of a firearm is illegal you might want to visit this site.
