Mum dissaproves of 'Popular Girls'?

I'm not aiming to be offensive towards you or anything like that, but that "crowd" you're in, in most cases throughout plenty of schools, is often one of the main groups that pretty much craps on everyone they see to be "below them," as such. Popularity isn't everything, and to be honest, it is rather upsetting as well as aggravating to see young girls nowadays becoming more obsessed about being popular and becoming someone they are not, rather than being themselves. I understand what your Mum is feeling, if I were in her position, I'd probably be feeling the same way. She most likely feels upset by the fact that in order for you to become happy, you've had to change yourself to be like others, instead of sticking to being YOU.
