Twitter IS free. Many people use it, but I find it super annoying. You basically just sign up, and then you post things on there like what you're doing, what's on your mind, etc. People can choose to "follow" you which means they can know what you're doing. For example, if 27 people followed you, then those 27 people will know that you are shopping at a mall or whatever right now. But seriously, do they really need to know that you're playing basketball?Or eating spaghetti? Lol.
