I suppose that would depend on how much you already know regarding his whereabouts. If you have his full name and the city (or at least the state), you could probably run a whitepages.com search and you'd probably get an accurate hit if he's listed.
If not, you may actually need to use a pay service. The ones online aren't that expensive as long as you use it and cancel once you've tracked him down. You may at that point only incur a one-month charge. I used to work in skiptracing to find people that didn't want to be found and some good sites for that include lexis nexis. But again, it's a pay site, so try whitepages.com first and see if that gives you enough info to locate him. It's also helpful to have his date of birth and social security number. If he and your mother ever filed taxes jointly, you can find his SSN on the tax form. |
