Start with talking about school, because you both definately have that in common,
Then bring up something about annoying brother or sister or cousin etc,
E.g. "Argh you know my brother is so..."
Then you'll be talking of allsorts.
Let the conversation carry on from there!

Remember to not go mad and talk about everything, take time to listen to her.
