No on child support, but there may be a case on abandonment. You still have to pay. What you have to do is to contact child support enforcement and make an official request to modify the order. You should also consider filing a motion for change of custody based on abandonment. Initially, this can be done pro se by using a doc prep service to prepare your motion.
