How to through a great High School party?

That def sucks that it's gotten so out of hand, but the answer below is pretty right on when saying it isnt your responsiblity to provide for everyone. That being said, you do want you and your immediate friends to have a great time. When my friends and I do bonfires at the beach, I always bring some sticks and a few packages of hot dogs, for some reason nothing is better than roasting a hotdog on a stick over the fire! Toss in some marshmallows and basics to make smores and thats that! Load your ipod with fun summer beach songs and thats about it! Bring a cooler for yourself with a few bottles of water and whatever you like to drink. Dont forget a large blanket and a chair. Oh and a garbage bag, you don't want to trash the beach! Don't be afraid to tell your parents that you are doing this and about how the news spread..it might be nice to have a responsible adult on hand incase people do get out of hand!
