If you meant this picture, http://a1.twimg.com/profile_background_i...28-441.jpg , then you'll have to redo the styling for the content container and make its background transparent instead of white. CSS property:

background: transparent;

That goes the same for the other containers you want transparent. Good luck finding it as it seems Twitter compresses their CSS content.
