Why would a parent be against their child joining Facebook?

there are a lot lot lot of reasons that a mom would stop her daughter of using facebook
1 the mom has a facebook acc that does not want her daughter to find out
2 facebook is a easily photo sharing website that daughters use to advertise (don't you don't really seem to know but all that pictures at the beach or pictures of the girls at sleepovers ,birthday parties etc etc are one of main parents concerns.
3 everybody knows you, almost every time that someone logs in facebook a dozen of friends have sent to him/her various page suggestions .for example you and your friend are both at Middleton's high school and you send her a suggestion to like it's facebook profile since she likes her school's profile A everybody knows where she lives or studies .not to mention many many facebook pages or groups likeB"i always take the train i hate going by bus to school."C D and it can go easily to the
Z.In each group you join or a pge that you like you show a bit of your self.I am not saying about i love pizza groups or iTunes pages but those groups that show your life .So i was checking some boys profile (yes i also have facebook) and found out where he studied which sport did he liked what activities did he do.lets accept it there are so many pages or groups on facebook that allows us to express everything in our lives. There are many people on faceebook that can see your pages groups and networks assume where you live how old are you what are your hobbies how do you spent your free time and all of these without being your friend. this leads us to conclusion that facebook is perverts' paradise.
4 a little time for them. every parent knows that internet is a fact that thay have to accept even in their kids' lives. But when it comes to facebook it's a completely a differnet story. teenagers are always in the presence of their friends :in the school or hanging out with each other.but now with facebook friendship is on 3D! now you can hang out with your friend inside( this new verb that i invented is hanging in).so you do all the fun with your friends out of the house, but when youre in try to make some fun with your parents to! it must be very sad to see some quality time with your parents go away .A mother-daughter relationship is very important in a womans life(as a daughter and a mother) and facebook just does not let it be what it should (considering most of teens are facebook addicted)maybe her mother does not wanna let her time go away with her daughter.it is that quality time that i mentioned that moms(and dads)fear that will not come back
5 ruining those happy moments (un)purposely.a day planned at the picnic and it supposed to be fun. since facebook mobile now is so easy the teen tweets(this argument stands for twitter as much as for facebook) and shares"Mary Smith is having a great time on a picnic."WHAT PICNIC? A GREAT TIME YOU SAID? and then just waits for comments... you may have traveled miles on that sunny sunday to have some real grat time and your kid just sits there and tweets and shares it is FRUSTRAING. since facebook has introduced it's upload pictures from mobile service anyone may find gils that wanna be beauty queen and take some pictures(on the nature that they seem to admire in the picture) just to post them on facebook and again wait for comments.Oh dear girl facebook is a very good thing that happened to the internet but it's creators wanna make money and have opened to the ages of 13 just to win some more clicks some more alexa traffic rank and much much more money.and i assure you that i can find other reasons against it's early use by teens like you but i am thinkinh that i left my trace..
