i think it shows that somebody is desperate for money, and is wanting to take it from others, it looks like a big corporation saying, "pay up" or "time is money" or something like that. showing the desperate erg for cash and the economic troubles we all face

no, i don't think it is something sexual but, i can see how you see that.
