Why do you folks think I will never get married?

Do you have a separate apartment in your parents house and do you pay your own bills and do your own cleaning...I understand your mom probably cooks for you as she cooks anyhow...if you have a separate part of the house as your own and pay the rent to your parents then I don't think it's so bad but if you still depend on your parents for taking care of you and actually live with them and they cook and clean for you then you are a little bit a guy who seems to not be able to let go of mommy' s apron strings...Well my husband has an uncle and he always lived with mom and dad, then his father died, he took care of his mother in old age..he was born when she was over 40...he has a 12 year older sister, my husband's mom...and he did not date until his mother died ..he was over 40 and it seems to work, they have been living together for at least 15 years now...my husband's uncle is now 63..the woman he lives with was married before is close to him in age and has grown up children from her marriage when she was young...and my husband's mother married my husband's dad when she was 20...they were happy then he died of throat cancer at age 47, she lives in a small village in England, Great Britain, she also used to be the church organ player, she was very involved in all matters concerned with the church and she met a guy through dating via meeting guys who were members of the 'flock'' ..two years after my husband's dad had died, her first husband, she married a man who was a member of the church aged 42...both my husband's mom and he are the same age..he had never lived with any woman except his mother until he was 42 but they have now been married for over 30 years..so it's possible that you might find someone ...

You should however make some effort to move out of your parents home and that way you learn to become more independent because most women don't like it if a man is totally lost when it comes to cooking for himself, cleaning for himself and you learn to take care of yourself...then go and socialize..join a hobby club, do some volunteer work, join a sports club..even if you befriend other guys they might become your friends and invite you to parties and they may have a younger sister who is not yet married or a cousin and you might find your soulmate there...x
